No batch has an explicit "met spec" flag, so "met both targets" can only be judged from the recorded values against the targets. Here is what the records show.

Targets (reference values in every ELN, from the summary-report header): AV = 43.2, amine value = 30.1. "Met" = measured value equal to target (the records contain no tolerance band).

Only four records carry *both* a measured AV and a measured amine value:

Result: no batch in the records shows both AV and amine value at their targets. Every batch with complete readings is off-target on both. (Note the targets are reference points, not a range; several readings are directionally close to the 43.2 AV target — e.g. 48 at 44.36, 25 A at 36.86 — but none equals 43.2, and none of the amine values equals 30.1.)

Gaps (stated plainly):

• Many batches have AV/amine fields present as *reference-only* with no measured value (e.g. Batches 5, 10, 15, 23, 24 B/CI, 34 B, 36 — amine value None). No measured value = not "met"; it is simply unmeasured/uncaptured.
• A separate summary sheet (Old ELN SummaryReport (2), Sheet_JS) records 28 A as amine 42.5 / AV 29.2 — also both off target, but that row carries no linked batch record beyond the table.
• "Outcome = ok" in the records refers to application-test performance vs the same-day BYK-9076 standard, not to meeting the AV/amine spec — so an "ok" batch is not evidence it met these targets.
